ABOUT ADAPTIVE HEALTH

My aim is to provide a completely tailored online nutrition and S&C coaching journey to suit you. As an experienced and trusted Nutritionist and Coach I work with combat sports athletes of all levels from hobbyists and weekend warriors, to pros and elite fighters. We work to optimise their body composition and physicality, improve injury resilience, fuel training performance and recovery, make weight safely, and to have them in the best possible position to perform. As a combat sport athlete myself, I understand the stresses and demands on the body and mind that are involved. At the forefront of my approach with every client, is getting them to a place of thriving with their goals, without an excessively restrictive or unenjoyable approach. We stay away from outdated and ineffective training and nutrition practices and we prioritise safe weight making methods. ​
